These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 68pk platform, operated under the domain https://68pk.cam ("the Site", "68pk", "we", "us", "our"). 68pk is an English-language online betting and casino information platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

68pk may from time to time publish information about bonus offers, welcome packages, free bets, cashback promotions or other promotional offers available through third-party operators. The following terms apply to any such content:

• Informational only: Bonus and promotion information published on 68pk is provided for informational purposes. Actual bonus terms are set by the relevant operator and may differ from descriptions on this Site.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning bonus funds must be bet a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Nothing in this section limits the rights of either party to seek injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is appropriate.
